1-1 Personal Training Services

Meet us at the “Reborn” studio in downtown Kemptville, ON. We will work on your strength, flexibility, mobility, and conditioning. We work in a safe, clean and Covid-19 conscious environment.

Optimal Mind + Body
1-1 Online Training

Monthly check-ins, workout programs, nutrition guidance and most of all — accountability! Ask us more about how we can work online together to get you to your goals!

BODYWORK & SOFT TISSUE MOBILIZATION

Do you have muscle and/or joint pain? We work to hydrate your tissue to give it mobility and fluidity. We will work together to help relieve any pain, and get you moving to where you were not before.

Online Group Fitness Classes

COVID-19 style classes through Zoom! We begin each class by doing mobility exercises to create warm bodies, and end every class with a cool down.

Classes are Mondays, Thursdays and Fridaysat 8:30 AM.
