My name is Catherine. My background is in Personal Training, as well as teaching, and I think the two go together nicely!
My journey in fitness began quite a few years ago when I was at university, and I wasn't quite happy with the 200lbs that I saw in the mirror. From there, I went to the gym with a purpose and ate with more control and awareness. I lost weight and remained there for a few years, until one day I stumbled upon the ideas behind clean eating and training consistently with heavier weights to get where I am now.
I have a passion for trying new, clean recipes to help fuel my body and curb my sweet tooth (!), and using exercise to challenge myself physically and mentally. Exercise has become my outlet for dealing with the days ins and outs - the place where food once stood.
I hope that I can help you realize the many benefits of exercise and healthy eating; aside from the visible changes, and that you will push yourself beyond limits that you never thought possible. I hope to work with you soon.
