Over weight, bad eating habits, over 55 and a female. I have an unrealistic view of what should work and what does work. But there were two things I knew for sure. I did not want to have to go to a gym and I did not want to have to do burpees. So Catherine was already ideal. I find myself feeling guilty when I don’t take the time. Being accountable and being told what to do is the ideal for me. She’s always there for any questions, advice or encouragement if needed. I lucked in!
