- We begin each class with a mobility warm up, and continue into a strength series.
These are full body workouts, where modifications are provided.
Each class is finished with a relaxing cool down.
Tuesdays – 8:30 am
- Ease into your Tuesday morning with a Beginner style Yoga class.
- This would be great for working on flexibility, mobility in your muscles and joints.
Thursdays – 8:50 am
Strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance
- These are full body workouts, where modifications are provided.
- Each class is finished with a relaxing cool down.
Strength and Conditioning
- This class is slightly more fast paced than Monday and Thursday, with more of a focus on cardiovascular endurance.
- Not to worry – everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace.
