Here is the schedule for the online classes (through Zoom):
*For all classes, sign on 5 minutes prior to the start time.*
Mondays – 8:50 am
Strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance
  • We begin each class with a mobility warm up, and continue into a strength series.
  • These are full body workouts, where modifications are provided.
    Each class is finished with a relaxing cool down.

Tuesdays – 8:30 am
Beginner Yoga
  • Ease into your Tuesday morning with a Beginner style Yoga class.
  • This would be great for working on flexibility, mobility in your muscles and joints.

Thursdays – 8:50 am

Strength and Conditioning
  • This class is slightly more fast paced than Monday and Thursday, with more of a focus on cardiovascular endurance.
  • Not to worry – everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace.
