8 class package Any 2 classes/week 5% savings Equipment needed: dumbbells – a lighter and heavier set if you have them, a set of mini bands, yoga block (for occasional use), and a mat

Here is the schedule for the online classes (through Zoom):
*For all classes, sign on 5 minutes prior to the start time.*
Mondays – 8:50 am
Strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance
  • We begin each class with a mobility warm up, and continue into a strength series.
  • These are full body workouts, where modifications are provided.
    Each class is finished with a relaxing cool down.

Wednesdays – 12:00 pm
Stretch Class

  • This Stretch class is 30-35 minutes of full body movements to open up the chest, hips and low back.
  • Please bring a towel/foam roller, yoga block/cushion.
Thursdays – 8:50 am
Strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance
  • We begin each class with a mobility warm up, and continue into a strength series.
  • These are full body workouts, where modifications are provided.
  • Each class is finished with a relaxing cool down.
Fridays – 8:50 am
Strength and Conditioning
  • This class is slightly more fast paced than Monday and Thursday, with more of a focus on cardiovascular endurance.
  • Not to worry – everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace.
