Equipment needed: dumbbells - a lighter and heavier set if you have them, a set of mini bands, yoga block (for occasional use), and a mat

Here is the schedule for the online classes (through Zoom):
*For all classes, sign on 5 minutes prior to the start time.*
 
Mondays - 8:50 am
Strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance
We begin each class with a mobility warm up, and continue into a strength series.
These are full body workouts, where modifications are provided.
Each class is finished with a relaxing cool down.

Tuesdays - 8:30 am
Beginner Yoga
Ease into your Tuesday morning with a Beginner style Yoga class. 
This would be great for working on flexibility, mobility in your muscles and joints.

Thursdays - 8:50 am
Strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance
We begin each class with a mobility warm up, and continue into a strength series.
These are full body workouts, where modifications are provided.

Strength and Conditioning
This class is slightly more fast paced than Monday and Thursday, with more of a focus on cardiovascular endurance.
Not to worry - everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace.
