A collaboration of strength, mindfulness, movement and clarity, Tricya from TriWolf Shanti Healing and the Reborn team are combining forces once again for a month-long challenge.
From Monday-Friday – you will hear from one of us with your challenge for the day, which will take no longer than 10-15 minutes.
Tricya will focus her challenges on mobility, meditation and gentle yoga flows. Catherine and her team will focus on strength and nutrition.
This challenge brings you the best of both worlds, and we hope that you can join us!

What you will need:
a yoga mat, yoga blocks if you have 1 or 2 (alternately thick books will work), a strap/belt/scarf and a sturdy bench/coffee table/countertop. Dumbbells are optional
